Return Process

  Log into your WatchNation account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and warranty cards included, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control experts verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
