New Bear Grylls Survival Rule is 3 Watch Utilizes #tide Upcycled Plastic

Building on the success of the 2021 limited edition models, Luminox and Bear Grylls kick off 2022
with their latest collaboration: a triangulation of Survival, Making Every Second Count and
sustainable materials.
Luminox’s mantra of Every Second Counts takes a more serious tone when applied to Bear’s
Survival Rule of 3 incorporated on a removable sliding tab on the watch strap

For the 2022 iteration of the Survival Ro3, Bear Grylls challenged Luminox to push even further in
its quest for sustainability. The CO2 neutral company achieved this goal by utilizing new upcycled
plastic material for the case and black strap in partnership with Swiss based Tide Ocean SA. The
ecofriendly material provides equal durability and water resistance, both adventure essentials, as
CARBONOX™. It is available in two versions: black dial with black strap or black dial with orange
strap - both in #tide upcycled plastic.

Special dial design elements include and oversized 3 on the dial, a nod to the survival rule, which is
balanced by the Bear Grylls Never Give Up logo at 9 o’clock. As with every other Luminox
timepiece, it incorporates Luminox Light Technology, making sure that your timepiece is visible in
any light conditions for up to 25 years. The model boasts a 45mm case and water resistance to 200
meters with Grylls’ signature orange crown.

The Bear Grylls Survival Rule of 3 showcases Bear Grylls’ Never Give Up motto etched onto the
case alongside the brand’s long term sustainability partner, #tide. Together, the trio inspires
Luminox wearers to achieve greatness and make every second count.
